Personality: Dazzle is a timid little guy, he has a problem with new people. He stutters and often trails off when he talks and is most of the time nervous. He can be somewhat of a crybaby and worrywart. Once you get to know Dazzle, he is quite curious for a kid. He still cries easily but he loves anyone that he gets close to. He's also a scaredy-cat and is quite hesitant.

Backstory:

Dazzle was born into a regular family of two Floatzel. He lived a care-free life for the first three years of his life. One day, somehow his family's little hut that they lived in caught fire. Dazzle was out with his father over at the lake that ran near by their hut. His mother was in the hut when it caught fire, seeing this, his father told three year old Dazzle to stay put while he went to save his wife. He went into the burning hut to save her, once he found her, they tried to escape their home. The smoke got to them before they could get out safely, and with a hut burning down around them, a burnt support beam got loose, toppling on top of them. Soon more followed and by the time that his parent's friends arrived the whole hut had collasped. He couldn't tell at that time but Dazzle knew something was wrong. His parents just died.

With the help of his family's friends, Dazzle was taken in by a family of Ludicolo who had a son around the same age. The two played well together and was his first friend. Every month or so, the family had to leave Dazzle home while they went to a gathering of their kind. One time was different though. The family left like normal but a few hours later, Dazzle was outside when the smell of smoke rose up. He looked around and saw that the path that led to the forest that the Ludicolo family took that the forest was on fire. Soon came the news that a lot of Pokemon died in the forest fire, particularly a ton of Ludicolo familes. Dazzle hoped that it wasn't the family he was staying with. It had only been four years since his parents died but soon Pokemon came around and found him the house and told him the one thing he didn't want to hear. The family of Ludicolos he had been staying with parished in the fire.

Alone again, Dazzle fled. He kept on moving despite being only 7, almost 8, in the big, cruel world he lived in. He came across a field and saw a figure sitting there. Hesitant, Dazzle slowly and cautiously made his way to the figure. He was shocked to see it was another Buizel, feeling his gut flop, he made his way more awkardly. The two started a conversation in which Dazzle wasn't revealing anything to this stranger. Turned out the other Buizel's name was Andrew. After some convincing on Andrew's part, the two became friends. Andrew showed him to a cave where he told Dazzle to wait and not come out of.

Dazzle did that, for a few months. During this time Andrew had left and didn't come back, he began to wonder what could've happened. Did he abandoned him? Did he forgot that he was here? Or worse: Did fire get a hold of him too? Andrew returned, Dazzle was so happy and yet so scared. Turned out that Andrew had gotten rid of the Pokemon in the area. Dazzle burst out into tears, not being able to handle it all. Once he collected himself, Dazzle told that he was an orphan and that his parents died. Andrew, who had grown close to the little Buizel, took him into his care and adopted Dazzle as a younger brother. Dazzle was finally happy for the first time in a long while.
